Refund Policy
Ageless Beauty Skincare Clinic does not issue refunds. If you are unable to complete a service or package due to medical circumstances, you will be issued a spa credit to be used towards goods and future services. Please note that any portion of the package used will be charged at a full price upon breaking the package. You may return Unopened and Undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for an even exchange or store credit. Open products may not be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Ageless Beauty Skincare Clinic requires 24-hour notice of cancellation or of a need to reschedule. You have to pay a minimum of $50 or half the scheduled treatment cost if you fail to give us the required 24-hour notice. If you choose to prepay your treatment session or sessions, you understand that you may forfeit one of your future sessions if you do not provide Ageless Beauty Skincare Clinic proper notice (24 hours).
